We collect information you provide when you sign in (name, email address, and Google profile photo via Google Sign-In). We also collect the resume content you upload for analysis purposes.
Your resume content is sent to OpenAI's API to generate your analysis, score, and rebuilt resume. We do not permanently store your resume text. We store your email, name, and analysis history in Firebase to track your plan usage.
We use Google Firebase for authentication and data storage, OpenAI for AI analysis, and Razorpay for payment processing. Each of these services has their own privacy policy.
Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase with encryption. Payment information is handled entirely by Razorpay — we never see or store your card details.
We retain your account data (email, name, plan status) as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data by contacting us at hello@thecorporateguide.com.
